    Hot water switch in red color that is located at the back panel of the dispenser should be 'on' to get hot water.
    Please check the switch.

    Have you checked the connection part of water supply?

    Please check whether connection hose was taken out of the connection part. Even in the case of slight leakage, please contact Customer Service Center after immediately unplugging power cord and tuming off the main water supply.

    Have you replaced filters in time?

    First of all, you have to replace Post Carbon Filter and clean water tank regularly as well. If there remains unpleasant taste and strange smell after replacing Post Carbon Filter, all filters should be replaced and cold water tank should be washed as well. (please contact Customer Service Center for replacement of filters)

    Was the house vacant for a long time after installation?

    It is because the dispenser was left or kept for a long time without being used under inappropriate conditon. (especially as high humidity)

    Please discharge purified water and then check whether UF Membrane Filter is in normal condition. (Please contact Customer Service Center for the replacement of filters)
